You may have noticed the Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiere was last night. Now that the lucky few have seen the movie, the danger is they'll spoil it for the rest of us, but don't panic. You can get your Star Wars fix (minus the spoilers) with our round-up of the best bit from the premiere. Celebrities in cosplay, droids on the red carpet, and fans getting an unexpected surprise are just a few of the reasons why it was a night to remember. Warning: jealousy might ensue...

Joseph Gordon-Levitt dressed up as Yoda. Yes, really...

And he wasn’t the only celebrity in Star Wars cosplay…

The tickets had a typo on them and Zach Braff got very worried.

Tonight. (I hope that date is a typo or I'm gonna be very early.)

Who got the most attention on the red carpet? Daisy Ridley? Harrison Ford? Nope…

Carrie Fisher couldn’t get to the premiere because of all the security. You know she’s in the film, right guys?

LucasFilm invited all the fans camped outside the Chinese theatre in the rain into the premiere...

Nobody in line believed me, but lucasfilm just invited all line members into THE STAR WARS world premiere and after party at the Chinese theater. Our lord who art in heaven, please don't let this movie suck.

Carrie Fisher interviewed Oscar Isaac on the red carpet. The best bit is when Isaac shouts: “I was inspired and researched!”

Attendees got to make their own droids at the after party. Jealous!

A pair of Star Wars super fans got married in the queue for the premiere. Awww...

C-3PO himself rocked the red carpet… with a C-3PO pin.

The after party looked SO unbelievable...

And finally, everyone loved the movie, but no one spoiled it for the fans...

Directed by JJ Abrams and starring Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Andy Serkis, Oscar Isaac and Gwendoline Christie, Star Wars: The Force Awakens is released in UK cinemas on December 17, 2015 before opening in US theatres a day later.
