Everybody's Golf, Virtua Tennis 4 and Gravity Rush clips make grand claims for Vita
Gamescom quickies want to make sure you know: this Vita thing is hot shit
As you may've noticed, everything is happening all at once this week, with the combined weight of Gamescom's announcements and unveilings surely pushing human consciousness ever-closer to some sort of ludological Singularity point. Hence, here's a quick look at three titles unified by one theme: they're early releases for the PlayStation Vita, which want to make sure you know that Sony's new system is literally capable of doing more things than God on meth. Virtua Tennis 4: “First-person virtual reality!” Gravity Rush: “Use PS Vita to control the forces of gravity!” Everybody's Golf: um... “Interactive touch-screen!” As opposed to a non-interactive one?
Of these three, Gravity Rush is probably our fave so far, with the animation-influenced title's development at SCE Japan headed by Silent Hill creator Keiichiro Toyama.
