"Spider-Man is spectacular": Early reactions for Captain America: Civil War hit web

Early screenings and Twitter reactions are rapidly becoming a major part of the pre-release marketing for movies these days. This year, we've been able to see what fans thought of Deadpool and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, days or weeks ahead of their premieres. And now, Captain America: Civil War joins that list.

Disney held special screenings for critics and fans over the weekend, and consensus is that Civil War is going to be worth the price of admission. Here's what a few people have been saying on Twitter:

We'll have our own, official review available once embargo is up, but until then feel free to either get hyped alongside these folks or, alternatively, to consume many grains of salt as you wait to see for yourself if the movie is good.

Directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, and starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chadwick Boseman, Tom Holland, Anthony Mackie, and Sebastian Stan, Captain America: Civil War opens in UK cinemas on April 29, 2016 and May 6, 2016 in the US.
