Bus Roof, Northeast
Head to the wide road on the northeast corner of the map, outside the city. Look for a bus with a trio of suitcases on its roof. The statue is in one of the open suitcases.

Tower, North
Look for the tower at the north side of Old Town, just past man-made portion of the canal that runs through town. The statue is in the rest area in the tower. Note: This is also the same tower where Flag #16 is located.

Second Floor Window Passage, Northwest
While on ground level, move along the northwest edge of the buildings and look for an open window with a makeshift rope dangling from it. Enter the building through the window and look to the right. The statue is on the table.

Traffic Jam, Far Northwest
Head to the far northwest corner of the map and look for the traffic jam. The statue is in the open trunk of a blue car next to a beige car.

Restaurant Back Entrance, North
Head north, past the city, and east of the lagoon. Look for a lone building that has multiple food signs. The statue is in the back room, which can be accessed directly from a back door.
