Delta Labs: Level 3 South
When you start the level Delta Labs: Level 3 South get out of the elevator and go forward through the door straight ahead. Kill the enimies that you face and then go through the door to the right of the door that is locked. (It says Security Station) go through the door go to the control panel and open the lock. Now go out of the room and go through the door that was locked but is now unlocked. Kill the Imp that comes down and go throught the door on your right you should now be in the bathroom kill the dead marine in the bathroom (stay away from the mirrors!!!) and when you kill him go to the mirror that is on your left when you first come into the bathroom, stand in front of it for about 1 or 2 seconds ( if that doesn't work than try punching or shooting right at the mirror ) and you will see a cinematic with your character growing oldish/deadish ( his skin will get all wrinkley looking) and there will be flames behind him. Pay close attention because the cinematic only lasts for about 2 seconds. *NOTE*: you have to be directly at the mirror, get as close to it as you can.

On the level Alpha Section 1 West when you find the scientist in the room with the crushing type machine go past the crusher and find the lost PDA. Drop down the hole and open the door and kill the enimies inside. Keep going until you reach the room with the two glass blue tubes. WARNING: MAKE SURE THE INVINCIBILITY IS ON. Two enimies will come in the room. Quickly shoot the two glass tubes and the room will burst into flames. If you look to your left you will see Counselor Swan running with his bodyguard. The flames will consume them and they will die and his guard will drop his BFG which you can pick up. On the next level when you are in the bathroom look in the mirror and pull out your BFG. Seeing as how this is a glitch and your not supposed to have the BFG yet it will look like your character is holding a large black box. Now whenever you fire you will shoot black box's and they will explode.

As soon as you find the four tablets down in the cavern, take a look at the one that is farthest on the left. It may be broken, but you can clearly see it is the cover of the original Doom.

In the last level of Doom 3 called Primary Exacavition, just when you see the wall that you burst through to kill the Cyberdemon, turn left instead and look for a little crevice you can duck under. Look under there for a brick that says ID then press it as you would a normal computer screen. A hidden doorway will open and in that room you will find a personal data assistant that has all the thank you's from the designers of DOOM 3.
