Don't want to watch the new Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer? Here are the best spoiler-free reactions

No one is going to (ahem) force you to watch the new Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer. Some of you want to go in blind and I respect that. But it’ll be hard to avoid the water-cooler talk and everyone just generally screaming about this scene and that moment. So, here are the best reactions to the trailer, with spoilers kept to an absolute minimum, so you can feel involved either way.

From director Rian Johnson to the legions of Star Wars: The Last Jedi fans, everyone has had a say. They all share one thing: excitement.

The best Star Wars trailers have many Leias

Even Rian Johnson has changed his mind

Phasma does something *gasp*

People love Old Man Luke

But Kylo Ren had people conflicted

We now interrupt this article to bring you PORGS

I hope that was as vague as possible. Characters from Star Wars are in it - some of them cuddly (and that’s just Luke) - and things happened and some stuff went down. If you really, really don’t want to watch it then I don’t blame you. Going in fresh makes for a better experience, especially as this trailer can be a little heavy on the hint-hint, something big is going to happen between X and Y.

But… If this has got you turning to the Dark Side and wanting to watch the Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer then go ahead, it's at the top of this article and we won’t tell. Every time you watch it, a Porg gets its wings... or whatever they use to get around.

On-site, you'll find me marveling at Marvel and providing analysis and room temperature takes on the newest films, Star Wars and, of course, anime. Outside of GR, I love getting lost in a good 100-hour JRPG, Warzone, and kicking back on the (virtual) field with Football Manager. My work has also been featured in OPM, FourFourTwo, and Game Revolution.
