Destiny has 25 million players clocking in more than three hours per day on average
Constantly thinking about your Guardian and wondering what Xur will have lined up for you this weekend? Or maybe even pondering the best way to finish your next Gunsmith quest, or hoping that Three Of Coins will finally deliver the goods. Don't worry, it's the same for 25 million others.
Yep, in its latest investor announcement Activision proudly revealed that more than 25 million people are playing Destiny with an average play time of more than three hours a day. Three. That only leaves 21 hours for those other human being duties. If you'd like to know more about how it's hooked you, here's how Bungie worked hard to trap you in Destiny and that was before The Taken King was released.
It also seems that when people can't play, they just want to watch others eradicate some Taken. Activision also announced that Destiny is currently the most watched console game on Twitch. No mean feat.
