Moon: The Summoning Pits 

Once you reach the Summoning Pits and face Phogoth, the Untamed, head to the far side of the area from where you entered.

Here you'll find steps down to a lower platform at the back of the area.

The Golden Chest is down here by some rocks, just below the main area platform.
