How to reach the end of the game and beat all side missions
Obtain this quest by going to Logistics - Containment, then go through the door to the left-hand side of the huge map on the wall. Go up the stairs to the back of the room and by the Shelter door is where you'll find an injured Horowitz who'll start the mission.
Traverse the Oceanview Motel
Back to this friendly place, huh. Time for another puzzle to solve! Notice the clock on the front desk by the bell? Hit the bell and the first door will open. You need to get the clock in the first room to match the time of the clock in the lobby by simply interacting with it, then backing out when it's at the correct time. Don't worry about being too precise, because if you get it close enough, the game will give you the benefit of the doubt and count it as correct. Do this for all three rooms, and if you're not sure of the times, here they are:
14:20, 18:40, 23:10
When you've done the third one, the keys should be on the front desk. Use them on the usual room near where you entered the motel from and pull the cord three times.
Find the missing medic
Follow the corridor round to the left and you'll find some enemies around a Control Point to cleanse. When you've cleared them out, go up the stairs and you'll find Wells trying to revive his friend. Follow him through the level nine security door, then clear out all of the enemies in the next section.
Escort Wells to Horowitz
In order to open the gate for Wells, climb the enormous pile of clocks in the main room and jump up the air vent. Hop down into the next room and hit the button to open the gate. Push forward and clear out all the enemies from the next room. Take a note of the altered item here, because you'll need to remember it for the Langston's Runaways mission.
Keep following the corridors, down the stairs and eventually you'll find another Control Point by the Turntable. You're nearly back now, so head through the next few corridors until you find the next security level nine door. Speak to Wells when you get to the Logistics Control Point, then go up and check on Horowitz.
Horowitz boss fight
Of course, ol' Horowitz has succumbed to the Hiss so now you need to kill him. This was one of the easiest boss fights I faced. Use Launch constantly to stagger him and keep him trapped in a corner, followed by your service weapon whenever he's down. Alternate between the two and you'll take him out without much of a problem because he doesn't call in any reinforcements, and he's just a standard Hiss enemy with slightly more health. When you've beaten him, speak to Wells to complete the mission.
