Bad news for all of you hoping Mr. Hankey would leave a copy of South Park: The Fractured But Whole underneath the Christmas tree; the game has been delayed to early 2017. Ubisoft was short and to the point on the matter, writing, "The development team wants to make sure the game experience meets the high expectations of fans and the additional time will help them achieve this goal."
Honestly, I'm not too worried. First of all, the delay isn't that big, since The Fractured But Whole was previously slated for December of this year. Second, South Park: The Stick of Truth was short, but jam-packed with jokes and references to the show. I'm sure Ubisoft just wants to get every little detail right, and you can't blame the team for being anal about such a beloved franchise.
