Chris Hemsworth talks Avengers: Age Of Ultron
“Everything is ramped up”
Having starred in Thor: The Dark World just last year, Chris Hemsworth hasn’t had as long to wait as some of his Avengers castmates before re-donning his costume for another outing.
However, that doesn’t mean he’s any the less excited about Avengers: Age Of Ultron , which Hemsworth insists will be bigger and better than anything that has gone before.
“Everything is ramped up,” says Hemsworth of the forthcoming sequel. “It kind of blew me away reading it. I don’t know how Joss [ Whedon ] does it, but everyone has gone up another notch and the whole thing is bigger and more exciting and crazier. Yeah, he’s a genius.”
In addition to that, Hemsworth confirmed what kind of shoot the project will involve, revealing that the plan is to film in London for four months starting in May.
“I’m really excited to start Avengers 2 in two months and get back on set,” says the star. “We’re going to meet in London and shoot there for four months, so I’m excited to get back together with everyone and catch up.”
Directed by Whedon and featuring newcomers Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen and James Spader, Avengers: Age Of Ultron will open in the UK on 1 May 2015.
