Catch up on The Walking Dead season 7 with a 2 hour recap special narrated by the cast
It’s too late. There’s no way you have time to watch all six seasons of The Walking Dead before season 7 starts. Luckily for you, AMC are airing a two-hour retrospective special which will get you all caught up and ready for the new season.
The Walking Dead: Journey So Far will be narrated by the cast, from Andrew Lincoln who’ll be taking us back to the beginning, all the way to Jeffrey Dean Morgan who’ll talk us through that first hit of Negan’s barbed-wire bat (*shudder*).
Here’s the full official description:
“Season by season, from the moment Rick wakes up in the hospital (as told by Andrew Lincoln), all the way to the excruciating first swing of Negan’s bat (told by Jeffery Dean Morgan and others in the lineup), the story of “The Walking Dead” will be told by those who have lived it. “The Walking Dead: Journey So Far” gives viewers who have never seen an episode of “The Walking Dead” a chance to get all caught up on the plot, characters, locations, and unique terminology of the series as well as providing fans who‘ve never missed a moment with fresh interviews with the series’ producers and their favorite actors as part of an exciting refresher course that will further whet their appetite for the new season.”
It’s the perfect catch up for those of you who might have forgotten a few things, or for TWD newbies who want to start watching... or even for you sadistic fans who just like to see the most traumatic events in television again and again.
The Walking Dead: Journey So Far will air at 9pm on AMC on October 16, 2016.
