Carmilla’s Lair

After you have gone through the second blood door after the stealth section where Carmilla searches for you with her light, run through the archway to get outside and the body will be to the right as you exit.

Return to where you had to sneak past Carmilla earlier, and above and to the right will be a broken platform with this body on it. Use the Demonic Wings to double jump up to it and grab the diary.
