Carlos Ezquerra And John Wagner Confirmed For SFX Weekender 3

2000AD legends to appear together in February for the first time in years

Carlos Ezquerra and John Wagner, the team that created Judge Dredd and helped establish 2000AD as the biggest name in British comics, will be appearing together at the SFX Weekender in February.

For the first time in years, Ezquerra and Wagner will be on stage together to discuss their career and legacy in what will be an unmissable event for comics fans. Aside from breathing life in to Mega-City One’s most feared Judge, the duo also created Strontium Dog and continue to work for 2000AD . They join several other notable comics creators attending the SFX Weekender, including Tony Lee, Dan Abnett and Paul Cornell.

The SFX Weekender is taking place a Pontin’s Prestatyn Sands on the 3 to the 5 February 2012. The galaxy’s greatest multi-media sci-fi event, guest can expect a packed line-up of star guest, interviews, Q&A sessions, comic workshops, videogaming, music, book readings and DJs, bands, authors, quizzes, film and TV previews, and a packed programme of entertainment tailored to provide the ultimate science fiction and fantasy experience.
