Burnout Crash! trailer features David Hasselhoff for some reason

We’re… sort of confused by what we’ve just seen. This is technically a trailer for Burnout Crash!, but instead of focusing on exploding cars, it features David Hasselhoff (the same David Hasselhoff that appeared on episode 42 of TalkRadar) in a silly outfit dropping an egg on an ice cream truck. Why? We don’t know, but if you’ve ever wanted to see David Hasselhoff put on a costume and dance in front of the Kinect, this might be the only chance you’re going to get.

Hasselhoff is showing off the game’s party mode, which takes the typical Kinect gestures and replaces them with silly motions like flapping arms, squatting down, and, yes, laying an egg. Though it’s strange that they went with ‘Hoff, we have come up with a theory on why he would make an appearance that not only makes sense plot-wise, but ties into Knight Rider. We’re not going to bore you with the details, but it involves a blood debt, Red Alert 3, Libyan terrorists, and time travel. You can figure the rest out for yourself, it’s not all that complicated.

So… what do you think? Does this trailer make you more excited to play some Burnout Crash!?
