Bully does its worst

It's old news that, in the year leading up to its release, self-appointed culture critics around the globe desperately railed against Bully for its supposed violence. But even since its release - and the revelation that the game is fairly harmless - some people still refuse to let the controversy die, insisting publisher Rockstar isn't showing just how violent the game really is.

So, just how much mayhem can you really get away with in Bully? To find out, we threw caution to the wind and went berserk picking fights, hitting girls, smashing property and generally doing the worst things we could think of. Our little rampage still didn't yield anything on the level of a Grand Theft Auto, but we think you'll enjoy watching the sadistic results nonetheless, so we've compiled them for your viewing pleasure in a "worst-of" video.

If you're in the mood for something a little gentler, though, we've also put together a soothing montage of its most intense make-out sessions for a little something we like to call "Warm Cocoa." To check out both videos for yourself, just hit the Movies tab above.

After graduating from college in 2000 with a BA in journalism, I worked for five years as a copy editor, page designer and videogame-review columnist at a couple of mid-sized newspapers you've never heard of. My column eventually got me a freelancing gig with GMR magazine, which folded a few months later. I was hired on full-time by GamesRadar in late 2005, and have since been paid actual money to write silly articles about lovable blobs.
