Hitman: Agent 47 makes a kick-ass living in new trailer
Fox has dropped a new international trailer for video game adaptation Hitman: Agent 47, starring Rupert Friend as a genetically engineered assassin. Targeted by an organisation who wishes to utilise his enviable skills to create an entire arsenal of killers, he turns to his own murky past for answers.
Friend's agent demonstrates far more ass-kicking prowess in this newest preview, with the action going up a few notches and packing in more bullet-time and hand-to-hand combat than earlier trailers. Check it out for yourself below.
"He's stronger, faster, more intelligent than normal people," Zachary Quinto's character warns, as Friend's ruthless assassin disposes of a few unsavory types with relative ease. If that gnarly jet engine sequence is anything to go by, 47's got a few more tricks up his sleeve. Directed by Aleksander Bach, Hitman: Agent 47 opens in the US on August 21, and in the UK on August 27. Ciaran Hinds, Hannah Ware and Thomas Kretschmann co-star.
