Frank Piasecki Poulsen’s commendable-if-flawed doc demands that Nokia commits to an ethical supply chain. It starts superbly, showing the jungles where kids risk death for corrupt warlords. But Poulson is hobbled by primitive methods, door stepping mid-level employees only qualified to spout corporate doublespeak and his indignation at Nokia’s ineffectual auditing is somewhat disingenuous when he never bothers to explain how exactly the minerals reach Europe either.
