A new development studio boasting ex-Blizzard staffers amongst its ranks has announced itself to the world.
California-based Carbine Studios, which is partnered with NCSoft, is focussing on MMORPGs and already has a secret project underway.
NCSoft has said the game "promises to break new ground in massively multiplayer gaming."

Staff at Carbine Studios include lead and senior developers on World of Warcraft, the producer, lead programmer and designer on Fallout, Tim Cain and the executive producer on City of Heroes - who also happened to be one of the co-founders of Turbine.
It's an impressive line-up, and CEO for NCSoft North America Robert Garriott has described it as a "development team made in heaven."
We await first concrete details on Carbine's game with interest.
