[UPDATE] Treyarch has indeed confirmed it's Black Ops 3 in a blog post but revealed little else. But that's okay because thatiemsz just checked the Call of Duty website and has apparently found the details and box art hidden away.
That's the box art up there, showing an apparently exo-suited take on the traditional Black Ops soldier art, and here's the info:

Assuming it's not an extremely good fake (I can't find the code or image on the site anymore) then we're looking at a COD that continues the future setting of Advanced Warfare with an almost Deus Ex leaning towards transhumanism. Interesting.
[ORIGINAL STORY]
A new teaser video for the unannounced project that is all-but-definitely Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has appeared, concluding with a promised "world reveal" date of April 26. The teaser depicts a swirling array of letters and codes, eventually forming the familiar downcast postures of the cover art soldiers from Black Ops and Black Ops 2.
A roman numeral 'III' emerges from the orange Black Ops 2 design just before the reveal date appears, but that's pretty much it for overt visual cues. The audio is interspersed with numerous clips of characters talking about loyalties, war, fear, and the numbers, Mason, what do they mean?!
The teaser video is the most direct confirmation yet that Treyarch's 2015 Call of Duty game will be a direct sequel to 2012's Black Ops 2. Previous teasers were distributed via the Call of Duty Snapchat account, which was itself teased via a QR code patched into various Black Ops 2 multiplayer maps.
To be fair, if any Call of Duty sub-franchise merits a convoluted viral campaign, it's the conspiracy-courting Black Ops.
