If you're in need of a new set of cups, you'll want to check out this year's Black Friday gaming headset deals. We're expecting big things from the fall sale, officially kicking off on November 29, especially considering so many of our favorites have already hit record-low prices this year.

Reputable brands like Razer have already brought out new low prices for their lower-end cups like the Razer Kaira X and Razer BlackShark V2 X before Black Friday has even begun. At full price, both headsets are still pretty reasonable price wise but it's a good sign that you'll find excellent value no matter your budget this November.
We've been tracking Black Friday gaming headset deals for years now, so we've picked up a few tips and tricks along the way. We're rounding up everything we expect to see from this year's sale right here, and sharing all our experience so that you can find the right cups for the right price when the time comes.
Of course, once those discounts do start rolling in we'll be bringing you all the biggest offers on the shelves. Until then, you'll find everything you need to know about this year's upcoming Black Friday gaming headset deals right here.

What to expect from Black Friday gaming headset deals in 2024
Dual wireless connectivity, hot-swappable batteries, graphene drivers; gaming headsets are upping their game. What's more, many of these releases made their way to the shelves at the start of last year, so we're hoping for some particularly valuable savings on some of the best cups in 2024.
In general, this year's Black Friday gaming headset deals will offer discounts on a far wider range of products and many more devices specifically built with new-generation consoles in mind. That's because many of the cups that were released alongside the PS5 and Xbox Series X, and those from last year, have had loads of time on the shelves.
We're hoping to see premium models like the $349 / £329 SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless seeing some significant discounts this year. The Nova Pro is our favorite wireless gaming headset overall right now - and has been since its launch. It took a massive $100 discount in October 2022, but hasn't been able to reach those same $249.99 sales prices since then, despite increased savings in 2024 so far. Right now it's hit back to the $270 range, but we're hoping Black Friday will see it take even more of a price dip.
The Xbox version (the most widely compatible model) saw its MSRP dip from $349.99 / £329.99 to $279.99 / £240 far more regularly this year - already beating last year's Black Friday price. Things aren't slowing down, with a new white model on the shelves as well.
If you're looking to spend a little less, we're also keeping a close eye on the Corsair HS35 V2. This is a cheap gaming headset, but it still packs a considerable punch for the cash, and with an MSRP already sitting below $50 / £50 it's easy on the wallet as well. This is a 2024 release, but the previous generation managed to drop as low as $27.99 / £28.49 in the past, though things haven't been that cheap on the new model so far this year. Should Black Friday come through, though, there's going to be some serious value in this budget winner.
If you're after a mid-range headset with a particularly vivid audio and microphone sparkle, 2024 also gave us the Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed. This headset uses the exact same drivers and mic as the more expensive BlackShark V2 Pro but does so at a fraction of the price. This is one we'll be keeping a close eye on, as its $129.99 / £129.99 MSRP has only dropped to $109.99 / £99.99 so far this year. Considering that's already fantastic value for money, this is already a winner.
Console enthusiasts will want to keep watch over the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5x. It's a mid-range option newly released this year (and the latest in the brand's new Nova line), but it's specifically geared towards PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch players. How? It's got a massive library full of sound engineer-designed presets for a huge range of games - finally EQ optimization is coming to console. That $129.99 / £129 launch price is incredibly reasonable by itself, but it's started to shift ever so slightly in the last few months. September saw it dip to a record low $92 in the US, though those numbers haven't been as forthcoming in the UK.
Then we have the beast. The Astro A50 X launched at the start of the year, targeted towards multi-platform enthusiasts with an all-in-one setup. The KVM switching hub means you can easily swap video and audio between PS5, Xbox, and PC at the touch of a button, even if the reliance on this charging dock does impede Bluetooth versatility. It's a fantastic headset, but commands a premium price tag that hasn't moved too far since launch. $379.99 / £359.99 is a hefty cost, but a $38 price cut did give us some hop in August. We're holding out for a $319.99 sales price come November.
Overall, we're expecting around 30 - 50% off older devices and 20 - 30% off newer 2024 releases in this year's Black Friday gaming headset deals, with some wiggle room for cups launched just prior to the sale kicking off.

How much should I pay for a gaming headset?
The amount you pay for your gaming headset will be determined by just how far up the quality scale you go, but also by the features you need in your device. For example, super high quality quality audio can be achieved for as little as $99 / £99 if you forego certain wireless connectivity features like Bluetooth and 2.4GHz, drop your expectations for microphone quality, and don't put too much emphasis on battery life.
The most expensive gaming headsets max out at around $349 / £349 - these are your SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pros and Audeze Maxwells, gaming headsets packing every feature under the sun while also offering powerful audio quality to boot. Underneath this you'll be picking and choosing your features - a wireless gaming headset worth its salt but with a few sacrifices will likely sit at between $70 and $150 / £70 and £150 on Black Friday, and the $30 - $70 / £30 - £100 price range is best left to wired models focusing on sound.
Last year's best Black Friday gaming headset deals
Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX | $179.99 $119.99 at Best Buy
Save $60 - Our absolute favorite Black Friday gaming headset deal was on the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX. This was a record low price on what was the best multi-platform gaming headset around (before the Stealth Pro knocked it off the top spot). Considering you were spending considerably less on this older model, though, this was the best value on the shelves last year.
Razer Barracuda X (2022) | $99.99 $69.99 at Amazon
Save $30 - The 2022 Razer Barracuda X has always been a firm favorite for easy flexible listening across a range of platforms. This is a no nonsense headset already performing well for under $100. With $30 off the final price, though, you were getting it for its lowest price yet.
Turtle Beach Stealth Pro | $329.99 $279.99 at Amazon
Save $50 - It's a smaller saving on a more expensive headset, but the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro has never seen a discount before, and it's one of the biggest releases of the year. That $329.99 MSRP has been holding tight since launch in March, finally giving way to a sub-$300 position this week.
Last year's best Black Friday gaming headset deals in the UK
Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense | £129.99 £63.99 at Amazon
Save £66 - The Kraken V3 HyperSense was down to just £64 last year at Amazon thanks to a fantastic discount of over 50%. That's impressive - these cups were up at well over £100 for the previous couple of weeks, and had only dropped to £75 in the previous few months. While a £61 record low from January was still standing, this was an excellent rate.
Razer Kaira Pro for PlayStation | £199.99 £79.99 at Amazon
Save £120 - This was a phenomenal discount on the Razer Kaira Pro for PlayStation - one of the best PS5 headsets on the market. We'd only ever seen this headset dip below £100 once before, and that was only down to £99.98, making Black Friday's offer an absolute standout.
Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max | £149.99 £104.97 at Amazon
Save £45 - Our previous pick for the best multiplatform gaming headset, the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max was down to £104.97 last year. It had never dropped below this price as far as we'd seen it, so this was the perfect time to grab one.
SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro gaming headset | £249.99 £168.99 at Amazon
Save £81 - We reviewed the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless and put it straight to the top of our gaming headset guides. This thing is incredible and while you're saving some cash by dropping a few features in the wired model you're still getting that core luxury sound. At £168.99, the device was at its lowest price ever.
Pulse 3D Wireless Headset | £89.99 £67 at Amazon
Save £22.99 - The Midnight Black PS5 Pulse 3D headset dropped to a new record low price thanks to a £22 discount at Amazon. We'd only seen these wireless cups drop to £70 in the past.
