Big movie tie-ins for 2008
What Hollywood blockbusters will be getting the game treatment?
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian | May 2008
What's it all about?
Royalty. The sequel to The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe sees the slightly annoying Pevensie kids called back to Narnia to overthrow the not-very-nice King Miraz and help Prince Caspian take his rightful place on the throne.
Is it getting gamed-up?
Most certainly. It's going to be released in May for every platform that anyone is still buying games for and, like the first offering in the series, is being developed by Traveller's Tales.
Should you be excited?
The first game might not have been the most memorable movie tie-in ever, but it was certainly more than respectable in terms of complementary fan fodder. We're expecting more of the same from Prince Caspian, with the 'drop-in, drop-out' gameplay that Traveller's Tales is so fond making a welcome return. This time round there will also be online multiplayer options and, of course, a much less snowy Narnia to explore.
