BFI London Film Festival announces full programme line-up

The full line-up for the 58th BFI London Film Festival has been announced, with a predictably diverse and enticing array of films set to hit the UK capital.

Previously revealed opening night film The Imitation Game kicks off a list over 248 films that'll be screened across London, ending with Brad Pitt-starring WW2 action drama Fury .

Worth keeping an eye out for? There's Whiplash , a festival favourite of TF 's that actually makes the world of jazz drumming tense and compelling (honestly). And you can catch Bennett Miller's awards-bothering drama Foxcatcher , which is set to feature revelatory turns from Mark Ruffalo and Channing Tatum.

Also on our radar will be Wild , Jean-Marc Vallée's Dallas Buyers Club follow-up starring Reese Witherspoon, and Mads Mikkelsen's gritty western, The Salvation . Plus, there's a chance to catch Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper in long-awaited period piece Serena (a clip revealed at the launch showed off Cooper's British-sounding accent, and some stunning scenery).
