The best Meta Quest deals and bundles in October 2024
Quest 3S pre-orders are live, and the Quest 3 has a new bundle.
If you're looking for the best Meta Quest deals and bundles, you might want to wait a while. The Meta Quest 3S has just been revealed after months of rumors, and if you're not bought into the Quest VR ecosystem yet, the right headset for you might just be a Quest 3S, not a Quest 3. There have been some price changes and some sad discontinues from the brand following the announcement, so it's worth reading up on what'll be available below.
The Meta Quest 3 is easily one of the best VR headsets. Unfortunately, the more affordable 128GB version will be discontinued to make room for the Quest 3S which comes in cheaper and with the same amount of storage. The Quest 2 and Quest Pro are also being retired, meaning that if you haven't got a hold of one already, you soon won't be able to. For enthusiasts, the Quest 3 512GB will probably be the best choice, but for newcomers, the more reasonable price of the Quest 3S will be tough to argue with.
For true deal hunters, the best Meta Quest accessories are what you should be on the lookout for. This is where we usually see the best value when it comes to Meta Quest deals, although we'll need to go hands-on with the new Quest 3S to know whether or not the Quest 3 accessories we've tested so far will work with it or not.

FAQs
Is Meta Quest worth buying?
The Quest headsets are definitely worth buying, especially if you keep your eyes peeled for Meta Quest 3 deals and bundles. The Quest 2 is still a pretty excellent way to introduce yourself to VR gaming. While its specs and features are great, and price low, it has an amazing library of games for you to play too. The Quest 3 is probably the best pound-for-pound standalone VR headset you can buy right now - especially since Apple Vision Pro is so expensive.
What is the lowest price for Meta Quest 2?
The lowest price we've seen the Meta Quest 2 drop to in the US is $199 at Amazon in the US. We've seen some confusing price fluctuations in the past year or so, but for the most part, you can find it at $240-$250 at the time of writing. In the UK, the 128GB model of the Meta Quest 2 can be found for £199 if you're really lucky. Renewed versions can be really affordable too, but for a still very usable headset, these prices are brilliant to see. For the most part, you'll see it listed at £249 at the moment.
Is Meta Quest+ worth it?
Meta Quest+ is the new subscription service for the Quest headsets, and it works very similarly to the likes of PlayStation Plus. Each month you're a paying subscriber, you'll get free games to play that will be added to your library. During its launch window, the Meta Quest 3 512GB model could frequently be found with Meta Quest vouchers, and a 6-month subscription to Meta Quest+. If you don't already own many Meta Quest games, then a subscription could certainly be worth the money you pay for it.
Just glancing at the list of best VR games you can experience right now is enough to tempt anyone to invest in a new headset. Of course, it's worth bearing in mind you'll need a decent PC setup to get the most out of your time in VR.

Ever since playing Journey at the age of 15, I’ve been desperate to cover video games for a living. After graduating from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Journalism, I contributed to the Scottish Games Network and completed an Editorial Internship over at Expert Reviews. Besides that, I’ve been managing my own YouTube channel and Podcast for the last 7 years. It’s been a long road, but all that experience somehow landed me a dream job covering gaming hardware. I’m a self-confessing PlayStation fanboy, but my experience covering the larger business and developer side of the whole industry has given me a strong knowledge of all platforms. When I’m not testing out every peripheral I can get my hands on, I’m probably either playing tennis or dissecting game design for an upcoming video essay. Now, I better stop myself here before I get talking about my favourite games like HUNT: Showdown, Dishonored, and Towerfall Ascension. Location: UK Remote
