Warrant: Howard White
When you arrive at the first encampment, scan the group of guards in the middle of the area.
Evidence G9: Fax from Neil Roark
After clearing out the initial encampment, check in an office on the far side and scan the fax machine.
Warrant: Craig Foster
At the next area, the Utility Complex, head to the covered structure around the side to find this warrant suspect near a car.
Evidence G12: Surveillance Log
In the same area, find an office full of computers and servers then look on a desk.
Warrant: Lyle Feldman
Follow the dirt track and signs to 'Bungalows 1-3' and 'Jetty Drop Point', then scan the centre of the pool area here.
At this point you should unlock the Bring 'em to Justice achievement or trophy.
Evidence G10: Summons from the IRS
On the far side of this pool area by the sea, take out the solitary guard in the isolated buildings then look on the shelves behind the bar.
Evidence G11: Dossier on Cpt. Hector Mendoza
When you reach Dawes' Mansion, work your way up to the rooftop - either by the stairs or using the grapple hook - then enter the side room with white sofas and scan the coffee table in the middle.
Case G: Preferred Outcomes completed.
At this point you should unlock the World's Greatest Detective achievement or trophy. Congratulations - you've found every collectible!
