Batman v Superman teaser to arrive Monday, new artwork revealed

With Marvel's Captain America: Civil War trailer scoring massive acclaim across the board, a fresh glimpse at 2016's other head-to-head superhero blockbuster is due in the next couple of days. Fox has announced that brand new footage of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will arrive Monday November 30. Producer Charles Roven previously alluded to a new trailer landing before the year's end, so this could be our last preview before the movie opens.

The sneak peek is set to debut during the midseason finale of Gotham. In a promotional featurette for the teaser the cast of Fox's small screen superhero series has weighed in on the movie. In particular, which of the two iconic figures they'd choose in a battle...

Elsewhere on the Batman V Superman front, a new image of Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck dressed as their heroic counterparts has arrived...

The picture is taken from Scholastic's tie-in storybook "Cross Fire", and was unearthed from Amazon's Black Friday deals by the folks at Batman News. The companion novel will tell a new story about the titular duo, and feature many more images from the movie. It's due to hit shelves in February ahead of the film's theatrical release on March 25, 2016.
