Assassin's Creed stalks 360
[PC] PS3 will enjoy no exclusive on the next-gen killer app
Assassin's Creed will launch simultaneously on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 early next year, despite common belief that the medieval murder game would be exclusive to PS3, at least for a short period of time. And, with the game being confirmed for PC yesterday it looks like the PS3-fanboy party over 'owning' Assassin's Creed is well and truly over.
Set - at least primarily - in Damascus and the Middle East in 1191 AD, Assassin's Creed tells a story of the first assassins, agents of death who attempted to stop the massacre of the Third Crusade by eliminating targets on both sides of the battlefield. As the assassin Altair, you'll be leaping, climbing, fighting and slaying across three huge locations in the game's beautiful and stunning world.
While developer and publisher Ubisoft has announced an early 2007 release date, we've no firmer info on when exactly that will be. Hopefully, with PS3 landing in November, we won't have to wait too long for what already looks to be one of next year's most incredible games.

I've seen enough: Assassin's Creed Shadows will beat Black Flag as my favorite AC game as Ubisoft says it lets you "Naruto run" as the "fastest Assassin" it's ever made
Ubisoft had to "retool" the mobile game lore for Assassin's Creed Shadows, with a brand new modern narrative that "will develop over time"
