Knowing how to eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage involves finding a hiding spot to activate the ability. It's not something you can do anywhere which can be confusing when it appears in a mission. It can reveal opportunities or progress Assassin's Creed Mirage mission objectives. However, while listening in on a conversation sounds easier, the need to do it a specific way can make things unclear and if you don't know how to do it you can get stuck. Let me explain to you, then, how to eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage with my guide.

How to eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage

To eavesdrop in Assassin's Creed Mirage you must use the nearest hiding spot to the conversation you're trying to listen in on, and then press in the right stick on your controller to lock onto the conversation. This will then let you hear what's being said and complete the objective. Just hiding anywhere around a corner or out of sight won't work. You also need to make sure you stay hidden in your chosen spot for the duration of the conversation.

So breaking line of sight isn't enough to eavesdrop, although you can use any valid hiding spot. It could be hay bale or something like that, but I often found benches were the most commonly available blending in object available. The only rule is that it must be within the audio waveform ring that appears around the people having the conversation.

Usually, there's often only one hiding spot nearby as well, so the choice should be fairly obvious - use Eagle Vision to highlight any hiding spots in your vicinity if you're not sure. You might also not need to be as close as you think because some of the people you need to listen in on have loud secret conversations.
