Four blindfolded speedrunners take on Majora's Mask to fight cancer

Awesome Games Done Quick (AGDQ), an annual charity event where - as you might've guessed from the name - players complete exceptional video games rapidly, has raised $1.2 million for the Preventing Cancer Foundation. The week-long event concluded yesterday.

AGDQ 2016 featured a mix of old and new favorites, from Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Bros. to Splatoon and Bloodborne. The longest run was Majora's Mask, which featured a four-person team, all blindfolded and using one controller, to take on the final boss. The team is equipped with the best weapon and plenty of health, but remember this is a speedrun, so the four have to communicate - and communicate effectively - with nothing but audio cues to react to. You can watch that particular highlight by skipping to 6:19 via the Twitch archive embedded below:

Official Games Done Quick rules state that no reuploads from third parties will be sanctioned, so your best bet for catching up on the event is either the Games Done Quick Twitch channel or the YouTube channels of the speedsters responsible for their runs.
