A message for SFX subscribers

Snowmageddon has meant that SFX 204 did not reach many of you in good time
Quite a number of you have contacted us over the Christmas and New Year period to let us know that your subscriber copies of SFX issue 204 have not arrived – or arrived significantly later than usual. We appreciate how frustrating it must be, and we sympathise. After putting a huge amount of work into the issue, it’s very frustrating for us too.
Unfortunately, the closure of transport links due to the snowy conditions (coupled with the high volume of Christmas mail, and the large number of bank holidays) had a massive impact on deliveries in December, creating a sizeable backlog at Royal Mail. Missing issues could be anywhere in the distribution chain.
Hopefully the backlog will be cleared soon – we’re sorry that we can’t be more specific than that. If you have still not received your copy of SFX by 15 January, you can request a replacement copy from customer services by:
* Calling 0844 848 2852
* Emailing [email protected]
* Logging onto the My Favourite Magazines website and accessing the “Your Account” area to request a replacement.
