There are two ways to look at The Lego Batman Movie: 1) as a Batman movie made out of Lego, or 2) as a sequel/spinoff of The Lego Movie that just happens to star Batman. I dunno about you, but I'm quite a bit more excited for the latter interpretation, and this new trailer from Warner Bros. is full of moments that make me think it could be even funnier than its hilarious predecessor. Directed by Chris McKay and featuring the voices of Will Arnett, Zach Galifianakis, Rosario Dawson, Ralph Fiennes, Mariah Carey, The Lego Batman Movie opens in the UK and US on February 10, 2017.
