Seen a lot of this recently?
We have. In fact, having '100%-ed' Square Enix's wonderful new Tomb Raider reboot, we're starting to see Tomb Raider logic creeping into our real-world thoughts. A bit like the Tetris effect, but with more fire. So we thought we'd see if we're alone. Have you had any of these signs you're playing too much Tomb Raider?
WARNING: While we've tried hard not to spoil any major aspects of the game for you, there may some spoilers in here if you haven't played the game at all yet.
You carry around a lighter even if you don't smoke
You see a dog and think double-tap up for flaming arrow
You can't see the sea without looking for mines
You imagine a 'booomph' noise to help you look for things
You expect earthenware to fall apart at your slightest touch
You view black clouds with the utmost suspicion
But flat-out refuse to fly on a sunny day
You feel uneasy around fast-flowing water
You try to extract splinters via the more damaging direction
You dont feel at all bad about reading your friends diaries
You smell gas and immediately light a naked flame
You expect every object you find to be an antique
And decry anything Made in China as a fake
You simply MUST do something with all white rope
Shabby white garden gates are asking to be climbed
In fact, anything white is surely there for a reason
Which makes you wonder about the moon...
And the coats worn by the nice men...
And the walls of your padded cell...
Which you could surely escape from if only you had some fire
