Just the other day a dedicated forumite uncovered a legal document recording THQ's aquisition of the rights to sci-fi space RTS series Homeworld from Vivendi Universal.

Crucially, THQ already own developer Relic, creator of the Homeworld franchise. Since the sort of people who actually read - and understand - this sort of legal scribery would only ever shell out money in order to make more of the stuff, the chances of Relic returning to Homeworld for a third chapter are very high indeed
